David to play Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar In Concert
David will be playing the role of Judas in a concert version of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar at the National Concert Hall, Dublin on Wednesday, 28 October and Thursday, 29 October 2009. The concert will feature the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, conducted by Stephen Hill and will also star Steve Balsamo as Jesus Christ, Jacinta Whyte as Mary Magdalene and Pat Shortt as Herod.

Les Miserables in Concert in the Isle of Wight
David will be playing the role of Valjean opposite Earl Carpenter as Javert and with the rest of the current West End cast, in a concert version of Les Miserables. The concert will be performed by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Nigel Lilley at Osborne House, Isle of Wight on Sunday 26th July 2009. David extends Les Mis contract
David has extended his Les Miserables contract and will now be playing the role of Jean Valjean until October. After the cast change on 22nd June, David will also have Monday evening performances off.
